Opening a Business Account

Documents Required to Open an Account for a Corporation:

A Corporation is a business organization treated as an entity separate from its owners. Ownership is represented by shares of the company (stock). A corporation has a separation of ownership from the management and limited liability of the owner's personal assets.

To have a Corporate account at least one official of the Corporation and the business itself must be eligible for membership.

Applicants need to provide the following "originals". Copies will be created and originals will be returned.

  • Officials of the Corporation need to provide a valid photo identification and social security number.
  • Tax Identification Number Certificate (TIN)
  • Registered Articles of Incorporation
  • Signatures of Two Officers Required
