Documents Required to Open an Account for a Sole Proprietorship:

A Proprietor (Sole Proprietor) is an unicorporated business establishment owned and controlled by one person. One who has exclusive right or title to the business.

Applicants need to provide the following "originals". Copies will be created and originals will be returned.

Proprietors eligible for membership need to provide a valid photo identification and social security number.
Occupational (Business) License
Fictitious Name Certificate
Tax Identification Number Certificate (TIN), Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number
