Question: When do direct deposits post to my account? When do Automatic Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals post to my account?
Answer: It is a common myth that direct deposits “hit your account at midnight”. Actually, direct deposits are posted to your account by 9 am the morning the funds are expected, except in situations beyond our control. ACH withdrawals can post at any time throughout the day so it is important to have the funds available in your account before making an ACH payment.
