FAIRWINDS Online Mail Box

Members can correspond with Member Service Representatives through FAIRWINDS Online. This is the best and most convenient method to get answers if you are logged into your account.

How to send us a message inside FAIRWINDS Online:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on "Mailbox"
  • Click on "New Message"
  • In the Send to drop down box, select the type of message that you are sending
  • Enter a subject and a message in the corresponding text boxes
  • Click "Send"

(Required information to complete request:The Account Number the protection is for, the account numbers for each of the accounts that need to be set up to protect the account and in what order the overdrafts should take place. Only checking accounts can have overdraft protection and the following accounts can be used for overdraft protection: Primary Savings, Secondary Savings, Money Market and Personal Line of Credit)
