"I attended a FAIRWINDS Credit Union job fair, I had no previous experience in the banking industry but FAIRWINDS gave me a chance. I noticed almost immediately that this company was different than any other company I had worked for. FAIRWINDS is so personal that on my fourth day of training the CEO, Larry Tobin, had lunch with the new crewmembers. At my 90-day review I was told that my manager had recommended me for the Member Service Representative II position and I would start training immediately. FAIRWINDS is also a fun place to work. Since I have been here, FAIRWINDS has had many incentives and contests and company outings such as a private companywide movie viewing at Universal Studios. In my opinion the best thing about FAIRWINDS is their constant and continuing effort to further my knowledge with their informative trainings and seminars.
