Direct Connect Web Connect
Description: Description:
Direct Connect gives you the ability to conduct transfers and import transactions from FAIRWINDS Online directly from your money management software. We have co-developed this feature along with Intuit and our home banking provider to deliver our members added flexibility in accessing your account information. Web Connect gives you the ability to export FAIRWINDS Online transaction history directly into your money management software with a single click. If you do not use Microsoft Money®, Quicken® or QuickBooks®, FAIRWINDS Online also gives you the ability to export your history to a Comma Seperated Values (.csv) file format.

Known Issues:

You may contact FAIRWINDS' Member Services to establish (or re-establish) your PIN to connect to Quicken® or Money®.

For all other support issues with this service, please utilize Intuit's or Microsoft's support services. Intuit and Microsoft can provide much more accurate information that is specific to your software version. When you contact Intuit or Microsoft, be sure to indicate that you have already established a PIN with FAIRWINDS to access their services. Intuit's and Microsoft's support services are provided in a number of ways:

  1. Help topics built-into your Quicken/Money software

  2. Online support provided by the Quicken®, QuickBooks® or Money® web site

  3. Telephone or email support provided by Quicken®/Money® (numbers and addresses available via the Quicken®/Money® web sites)
