"It can often be a daunting and frightening endeavor to begin a new career or to switch organizations within the same industry. My previous career was in the travel industry for over ten years which does not directly correlate to the financial industry and I was a bit apprehensive to say the least of making the jump into the financial sector. I was surprised to find that during my interview just how pleasant the whole experience was. On my day of orientation I was made to feel right at home and the worries of limited initial knowledge was put at ease when they discussed how in depth the training would be.
