HARP 2.0 is Waiting for You

Through the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP 2.0), we can help you refinance your mortgage even if the loan balance is significantly more than the value of your home. Before you apply, please note that FAIRWINDS is able to assist you if your mortgage is owned by Fannie Mae under the HARP program. We are not able to process HARP requests for Freddie Mac loans.

Shred Fest is making a special stop at DeLand City Hall! Before you head out to Shred Fest, please be aware that due to heavy volume, guests may bring a maximum of five boxes of personal documents per vehicle to shred.

Shred Fest may be cancelled or end early due to equipment failure, truck capacity reached, bad weather, or any other unforeseen event.
