Report Fraud:

FAIRWINDS will NEVER send unsolicited emails or make unsolicited phone calls requesting your personal or account information. If you ever receive such a request purporting to be from FAIRWINDS, do not provide any personal information.


FAIRWINDS will never ask members to login to their account through an embedded link contained in email or text messages.

FAIRWINDS will also never ask members to provide confidential information, such as debit or credit card numbers, PINs or Social Security numbers via email, text messages or direct mail. We will also never ask for this information over the phone.

If you receive any message asking you to do this, please do not respond to it. These messages are fraudulent attempts to collect your personal information.

  • If you think that you may have received a new fraudulent email, please forward it to our Fraud Prevention Unit at phishing@fairwinds.org.
