Documatix
From time to time, we partner with outside vendors to offer additional services and conveniences for our members. We have partnered with Documatix to provide email services for our members, specifically to send members official email messages related to their services at the credit union. For example, each month we will send members the email version of our member newsletter. Other marketing related messages are also sent using Documatix. The emails will come from one of the following addresses:

Because we want to send messages only to members that wish to receive them, members are given the option to unsubscribe to these messages at the bottom of each email. As part of the services provided by Documatix, you will be asked to provide the email address you wish to unsubscribe and that information will be forwarded to Documatix. You will never be asked for your account or personal information to unsubscribe to email messages. If any personal information is required, you will be asked to contact the credit union directly via our secure website or in person or by phone. Please do not send any personal information to the credit union via email.
