You have access to FAIRWINDS’ full suite of personal and commercial solutions, along with digital and mobile banking solutions, including mobile check deposit, mobile payments, contactless payments, and more.

You also have the convenience and benefit of free ATM access at more than 33,000 CO-OP, FAIRWINDS, and Publix Presto locations.

Important Action Items

You will receive one convenient, consolidated statement, generated monthly or quarterly, depending on the type of account you have. For example, if you have a checking account, you will receive one monthly consolidated statement starting in June. If you have savings accounts only, you will receive a statement once a quarter starting in July. Statements are sent at the beginning of the month, covering the full prior month’s or full prior quarter’s activity.

Here’s how to view your monthly statements:

FAIRWINDS Online

  1. Log in to FAIRWINDS Online
  2. Select Statements from the blue menu bar
  3. Select Credit Union Statement from the drop-down menu

FAIRWINDS Mobile App

  1. Log in to FAIRWINDS Mobile App
  2. Click the More icon
  3. Select Statements from the drop-down menu.

To view your previous Citizens Bank of Florida statements using FAIRWINDS Online and Mobile, follow the steps 1 – 2 above and select Citizens Statements from the drop-down menu.

Update automatic transactions, such as your monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments/deposits with your FAIRWINDS routing number and account information.

Transactions including tax refunds, insurance payments, utility bills, wires, and similar items may be impacted if you don’t update your account information.

Previous payees from Citizens online bill payer did not transfer over to your new FAIRWINDS Bill Payer. Please be sure to set up your Bill Payer payees as soon as possible, or use another method to make your payments.

Continue to use your current checks until your box of FAIRWINDS checks arrive toward the end of May. Once your new FAIRWINDS checks arrive, safely destroy your old checks as soon as possible. FAIRWINDS checks will only be sent to members with a checking account(s).

Set up access to FAIRWINDS Online, Mobile Banking, and Bill Payer.

For personal accounts, select the button below. You’ll need your Member Number and the last six digits of your Social Security Number.

Your Member Number was mailed to you on April 28. If you need assistance, contact 866.365.9081 or stop by your nearest branch.

For business accounts, select the button below to complete the FAIRWINDS Business Banking Suite Enrollment form.

  • Activate and start using your new FAIRWINDS Visa Debit Card.
  • Your Citizens Debit Card is no longer active and should be safely destroyed.
  • Update any automated debit card payments (ex: gym dues, streaming services, etc.) with your new FAIRWINDS Visa Debit Card information and expiration date as soon as possible.
  • For business debit cards, you will activate your new card using your personal information. (ex: zip code, phone number, etc.)

New FAIRWINDS Visa Credit Card will begin to arrive

Please continue to use your current credit card through June 20.

Your Membership Opt-In

If you have not yet completed your FAIRWINDS Membership Opt-In Agreement, please do so as soon as possible.

Here’s how you can opt-in:

  • Mail: Complete the Opt-In Agreement form that was mailed to you and send it back to FAIRWINDS in the enclosed business reply envelope.
  • In-person: Drop the form off at your nearest Citizens Bank or FAIRWINDS branch location.
  • Email: Complete the Opt-In Agreement form, scan, and email to OptIn@fairwinds.org.
  • Fax: Complete the Opt-In Agreement form and fax to 407.206.4077.
