Update your account information:

During events like these, it is important that we have your latest contact information.

Making sure we have your current cell phone number will help to avoid issues when using your FAIRWINDS debit or credit card that is out of your normal buying behavior. These purchases can be seen as suspicious activity by our fraud monitoring tools. We will call your cell phone to verify the transaction and approve it.

To verify and update your contact information, log into FAIRWINDS Online and click My Settings on the top-right of the page.

To access your account information:
  • Use FAIRWINDS Online and your mobile device for the most accurate and up-to-date information. If you currently do not use this service, enroll now.
  • Text banking is available on your SMS device. Set this up today by logging in to your account and select Text Messaging Banking from the Additional Services menu.
  • Use our automated Call 24 telephone service.
  • Visit any FAIRWINDS or Publix Presto! ATM location.
  • Call Member Services at 407.277.5045 or 800.443.6887. Access may be limited due to weather conditions.
If you need to make a payment:
  • ACH and electronic payments will occur as scheduled, provided the Federal Reserve is able to process the transactions.
  • FAIRWINDS Online Bill Payer service allows you to pay virtually any vendor or individual.
  • Transfer online between accounts, to other members and through authorized P2P.
  • Use your debit card, cash, or a personal check.
