FAIRWINDS Makes Move to Tremont Plaza as Anchor Tenant

Orlando, FL – FAIRWINDS Credit Union is pleased to announce it will be the anchor tenant of Lincoln Property Company’s Tremont Plaza in downtown Orlando, moving its operations from its current downtown location.

Tower BuildingFAIRWINDS’ future downtown location will occupy 32,500 square feet of the plaza and will include a branch, executive offices, wealth management, business services and marketing. As anchor tenant, FAIRWINDS has secured the signage rights for the 28-story Tremont Plaza maintaining its presence among the downtown Orlando skyline.

“We were able to negotiate overall favorable terms. With current market conditions and the reduction in square footage, occupancy costs for us will decline,” said Phil Tischer, COO for FAIRWINDS Credit Union.

FAIRWINDS currently occupies 40,000 square feet at the FAIRWINDS Tower located at the corner of Garland Ave. and Central Blvd. Through a consolidation of back office operations, and a smaller branch footprint which reflects the changing needs and delivery options available to members, FAIRWINDS was able to reduce it overall occupancy size.

The anticipated move date to the new building is summer of 2018.
