I have had an account with Fairwinds for a while now.. I also had accounts at SunTrust, now Truist... I did not need both accounts, so I closed the Truist account, and moved it to the FairWinds account... Consolidating things...

I became a member about a month ago. It has been a little rough, my direct deposit is going to my savings instead of my checking, no checks were ordered when I opened the accounts. I had a problem with the online banking, I had to go in again and Tin took care of me. He was very sweet,understanding and did walked me through everything. He made me forget about the other problems I have had. Great customer service.
