What You'll Need

Please have the required information for business owners and account signers prior to your appointment.

You will need to provide your driver's license or state-issued identification as well as your Social Security Number.

Start your new account by making an opening deposit of $100.

Based on your business type, please also have the following documentation ready:

Sole Proprietor

Current Business Tax Receipt from County or City
Proof of FEIN (if applicable)
Fictitious Name Filing from the State of Florida (required only if the business name does not contain the owner's complete first and last name)

General Partnership

Executed Partnership Agreement
Proof of FEIN
Registered with the State of Florida as Partnership or Registered Fictitious Name with the State of Florida

Limited Partnership

Limited Liability Company (LLC)

Registered with the State of Florida
Proof of FEIN (if applicable)
Articles of Organization, with amendments
LLC Operating Agreement (required if state filing does not list Authorized Persons)
Trust Agreement (required for trust manager)

Corporation

Registered with the State of Florida
Proof of FEIN
Articles of Incorporation, including any amendments
Corporate Minutes listing the current officers (required only if the state filing does not list the officers)
