Important Fraud Alert
Some members have reported receiving phone calls that appear to be coming from FAIRWINDS’ official phone number and posing as a crewmember from the fraud department. These fraudsters may say there’s suspicious activity on your account and ask for sensitive information.
Remember:
We will never ask for your full card number (or even the last 8), PIN, online banking credentials, or Zelle account information over the phone.
If you’re unsure about a call, hang up and contact us directly using the number on the back of your FAIRWINDS Credit or Debit Card or from our official website.
Your safety is our priority. If you receive a suspicious call, let us know right away.
