1. Log in to FAIRWINDS.org and click Pay Bills.
2. Scroll down to your Recently processed payments.
3. Select the magnifying glass next to the desired payment.
4. Select Have a Payment Inquiry?
5. Click New Message.
6. Type in your inquiry and click Submit.
7. You will receive confirmation that your ticket was successfully created.
8. You may check the status of your message at any time.
When you receive a response, a new message pop up will appear in the top right hand corner of your screen.
9. And that's it! You're done.
