How can I place a stop payment on a check in Online Banking?

To place a stop payment on a check, you will need the check number or the series of check numbers you would like to stop from clearing your account. To do so, follow these steps:  

  1. Log in to FAIRWINDS Online 
  2. Select "Additional Services" and choose "Stop Payment for a Check"
