I've lost my credit card. How can I report it in the Mobile App?

You can report your credit card as lost online or by calling 1.800.449.7728. To do so online, follow these steps:  

  1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App
  2. Tap More from the bottom of the screen
  3. Under Additional Services, select Card Management
  4. Select Replace a lost or damaged card
