How do I send a secure message in Online Banking?

To send us a secure message, follow these steps:  

  1. Log in to FAIRWINDS Online
  2. Select Support in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Select Send Message
  4. Select New Message
  5. From here, enter your request and select Submit 

On normal business days, responses are typically sent within 24 business hours.
