Widget Wallet & Personalization

The Widget Wallet gives you access to the widgets you use most and when you select the Customize Home Screen button, you can set favorites, update your account preferences, or even rename your accounts.

Account Tiles

Each account will be conveniently displayed in its own tile. Here you can see each account balance, make a loan payment, or transfer money. You can also click on the tile to view all transactions in your Account History.

Get Your Device Ready for Our Upcoming Mobile App Update

To ensure a smooth experience and full access to new features, please take the following steps:

Update Your FAIRWINDS Mobile App

For iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.

  3. Scroll down to see available updates.

  4. Find our app in the list and tap Update.

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon > Manage apps & device.

  3. Under “Updates available,” look for our app.

  4. Tap Update.

Update Your Device's Operating System

Keeping both your app and device software up to date helps ensure security, stability, and access to the latest features.

For iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open Settings > General > Software Update.

  2. If an update is available, tap Download and Install.

For Android:

  1. Open Settings > System > System Update (this may vary slightly by device).

  2. Follow prompts to download and install any updates.
