How do I set up alerts for my account from a mobile device?

Follow the steps in the tutorial below to create Alerts from a mobile device: 

1. Open the FAIRWINDS mobile app on your mobile device and log in.

2. Select More.

3. Select Alerts.

4. Click the + sign next to the account you would like to establish alerts for.

5. Toggle the alerts you would like to turn on for either text, email, or both.

6. Complete all fields as required.

7. If you are looking to set credit card alerts, tap the Looking for credit card alerts? link and follow the instructions.

8. If you would like to reset your account alerts to default, tap Remove All Alerts.

9. Tap Save.

10. And that's it! You're done. Use the bottom navigation menu to continue your mobile banking session.
