How it Works
FAIRWINDS Mobile App
Sign in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App.
Select the More tab.
Navigate to Move Money.
Select Send Money with Zelle®.
Accept Terms and Conditions.
Select your U.S. mobile number or email address and deposit account.
FAIRWINDS Online Banking
Sign in to FAIRWINDS Online Banking.
Select the Move Money tab.
Select Send Money with Zelle®.
Accept Terms and Conditions.
Select your U.S. mobile number or email address and deposit account.
Important Information about Payment Scams
Confirm the accuracy of your contact information.
Make sure you have your contact’s current U.S. cell phone or email address. Once confirmed, it's important you enter your recipients' information correctly. Once your payment is sent, you cannot cancel the payment if the recipient is already enrolled with Zelle®, so it's essential to get it right the first time.
Know the seller.
Neither FAIRWINDS nor Zelle®️ offers purchase protection for payments made with Zelle®️ - for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for or the item is not as described or as you expected. If you don’t know who you are making a payment to, using another payment option may provide better protection. If you do make a payment and do not receive what you paid for or what you expected, you may not get your money back.
Beware of fake FAIRWINDS communications.
FAIRWINDS will never proactively reach out through email, text, or phone asking you to send or receive a payment with Zelle® or to provide a one-time passcode.
If someone claiming to be from FAIRWINDS asks you for this information through a text, email, or phone call that you did not initiate, do not respond and contact us immediately.
